Ask once. An AI memory that stays yours.

Stop repeating yourself. Aidenly keeps what matters so you can pick up any thread later, from a work decision to a family recipe.

Private by design. Your data is never used for training.

Who it's for

For people whose context spans more than one tool

Aidenly is for people whose digital life refuses to fit one inbox, one app, or one role. Founders, parents, freelancers, anyone whose context spans more than one day.

Founders
Product, ops, fundraising — context that crosses every thread
Investors
Deal flow, LP relations, portfolio threads
Practice owners
Vendors, staff, patient ops, compliance
Lawyers
Matters, opposing counsel, client comms
Family coordinators
Schools, services, household decisions
The gap

Why existing AI help breaks down

Most AI tools help with one message at a time. They do not remember what this thread means, what you decided last week, how you prefer to handle this kind of decision, or which detail changed since the last update. Aidenly is built around those failures.

Pull up the Vietnamese pho recipe we worked on last month — making it Saturday.
From Cooking → Recipes, last touched Apr 18: 3 lbs beef shank, charred onion + ginger, lemongrass, star anise. Cinnamon note added Apr 21 — "less is more." Want me to scale to 6 servings?

The product

What Aidenly does differently

Aidenly organizes understanding by domain, not just by inbox. It remembers people, decisions, active facts, and pending actions. It learns from corrections carefully. It can brief you on what changed instead of waiting to be asked the same question again.

How it works

Connect once. Get briefings forever.

Connect Gmail. Aidenly reads recent activity and builds a working map of your domains. As you review drafts and make corrections, it gets more specific about tone, priorities, and what matters.

Why this matters

Built to reduce decision fatigue, not just typing

The point is not to save a few keystrokes. The point is to stop reopening the same threads, reloading the same context, and manually reconnecting the same dots. Aidenly helps you act from continuity, not from reset.

Privacy

Private by design

Aidenly uses a per-user Apps Script deployed in your Google account. Raw email content is fetched live when needed and processed in memory. The backend stores derived intelligence such as summaries, preferences, and message metadata needed to make the assistant useful over time. We do not sell your data.

Built by a founder who lives in the inbox

Chuong is a software engineer with 16+ years building production systems — most recently as a senior developer on the job extraction pipeline at ZipRecruiter, scaling data collection across hundreds of thousands of sources on the internet. He holds an MBA from Michigan State and a Computer Science degree from the National University of Singapore, and has shipped consumer apps including Edeon, a college search app on the App Store. Aidenly is the assistant Chuong wished he had during years of high-volume professional email — built around the principle that an AI should remember your world, not start from zero every conversation.
